Save Big at Ollie’s Bargain Outlet New Location in Douglasville

 

Growing up, my parents taught us to always search for a good bargain. A skill I am even more thankful for as a mama! I am sure all of the mamas out there can agree, finding a good bargain is definitely a parenting win! So, when I received the chance to visit the newest location of Ollie’s Bargain Outlet opening in Douglasville, I took it!

Ollie’s is known by their tag line “Good Stuff Cheap.” This is an understatement. The beauty of Ollie’s is they find name brand goods and offer them at close out prices. With my little guy’s first birthday quickly approaching, I took the opportunity to shop (mostly) for him. Since I know he’ll receive plenty from his grandparents, I didn’t feel as bad buying him a couple of things at a bargain. I was able to snag a set of Fisher Price blocks and a hammer toy (which, I am sure to regret when the banging won’t stop) for a great price! 

One of the first sections I stopped in was the books. We are big readers so anytime I can snag I book for our little one, I do. My favorite find was a set of Bernstein Bears books. These were a favorite of my husband as a kid and I am hoping our little one will love them too! The best part of this purchase? It was 10 books for only $12! A price that CANNOT be beaten!  

Of course, I didn’t forget about our fur baby either! The pet aisle had lots to choose from and you guessed it! All at a bargain price. I even managed to get a couple of things for dad too. 

Located in The Landing in Arbor Place, in Douglasville, Ollie’s will officially open to the public on Wednesday, August 16th at 9 a.m. The first 250 people to visit the new Ollie’s will receive a ticket to meet the 2016 NASCAR Cup Series Rookie of the Year, Chase Elliot, later that morning.
