Looking for a family friendly place to celebrate the Fourth of July?  Look no further than these Atlanta Area Celebrations!!

Auburn:  Fireworks only at dusk.  Located at 1369 Fourth Ave., Auburn www.cityofauburn-ga.org.

Braselton:  4 p.m. – 9 p.m., parade at 6 p.m.  Family activities followed by fireworks after dark. http://www.braselton.net/local-festivals.html

Callaway Gardens:  The July 4th Star Spangled Beach party includes beach activities, live music, and fireworks at dark.  Located at Robin Lake Beach.

Centennial Park:  From 6 p.m. – 9:45 p.m., when there will be a fireworks display synchronized to music – Atlanta’s largest. Gates close when the park is full, so arrive early. www.centennialpark.com

East Point:  Come early and celebrate with food, a carnival, and fireworks at 9:30 p.m.  Located near the East Point City Hall. www.downtowneastpoint.com

Ga Aquarium:  Funbelievable Fourth is a family oriented, ticket-only program allowing people to enjoy the aquarium and other activities, followed by a view of the Centennial Park fireworks from the top of the aquarium parking deck. www.georgiaaquarium.org

Lenox Square Mall:  From 6 p.m. – 9:40 p.m.  Includes kids activities, music, food, and more, and culminates with the famous Lenox fireworks display.  www.simon.com/mall/lenox-square

Lilburn:  5:30 p.m. – 10 p.m.  Food, music, and fireworks, in that order.  www.cityoflilburn.com

Mall of Georgia:  5 p.m. – dusk  Family-friendly event with live music, followed by fireworks AND a movie. www.simon.com/mall/mall-of-georgia

Marietta Square:  Begins with a parade at 10 a.m., followed by food, bands, games, and more, and culminating with fireworks at 9:30 p.m.  www.mariettaga.gov

Norcross:  The Red, White & BOOM celebration features food, kids’ activities, music and more.  From 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. in Lillian Webb Park. aplacetoimagine.com

Peachtree City:  Parade at 9 a.m. on Peachtree Parkway at Braelinn Golf Course. Fireworks at Drake Field at dusk. www.peachtree-city.org

Snellville:  4 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Entertainment, food, and games, followed by fireworks display. www.snellvillepride.com/

Stone Mountain Park:  This celebration goes from July 1-4 and includes the laser show and their “most spectacular fireworks display ever.”  Laser Show begins at dusk, fireworks follow.  Located on the lawn. www.stonemountainpark.com
