Taking your children to have pictures made with Santa has been an annual Holiday tradition in most families for many years and, Atlanta has no shortage of places to go see the bearded man in the red suit. Lenox Square Mall

A few years ago, the Lenox Square Mall Santa was clad in pink, purple, and turquoise decor. Some people liked the non-traditional look but they soon changed it to red and green to fit the season’s fa-la-la-la-la. The best part about this Santa is no appointment is needed and during most weekdays there isn’t a line. That’s a win, win for maybe a difficult toddler with an unpredictable nap schedule. November 4th – December 24th, located in front of Macy’s. Where: 3393 Peachtree Road NE, Atlanta

*Caring Santa Event – Lenox Mall knows how to do it right! The Caring Santa event, held on December 4th from 8:30 -10:00 AM is a private event designed for children and young adults with special needs. Lenox Square has made necessary adjustments to the environment to support the sensory, physical and other developmental needs of children of all abilities for this special event. The event will be held during private mall hours in Macy’s Court in order to provide a calmer, sensory-friendly environment. Reservations are required. You can RSVP at lenoxsquaremall.eventbrite.com

Jana
Born in Florida, Jana moved to the Atlanta area in second grade. After graduating high school in 2002, she made her way to Auburn University where she studied art. On a trip to cheer on the Tigers at the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans, she met and fell in love with her husband. Although they cheer for rival SEC teams (he attended UGA), they love Fall and football season. After marrying in 2010, they made a home in the city and currently reside in the heart of Buckhead. As a stay at home mom with two little girls, Jana dubs herself a “naptime artist” and busts out some of her best work while they are asleep (find her work on Instagram @JanaFlemingART and at www.JanaFlemingART.com). In addition to her love of art, Jana loves to travel, bake, is a Real Housewives junkie, a lover of nail polish, and a self-proclaimed “foodie” that loves to gather with family and friends.
