Three Cheese Fondue
Some favorite dippers include: cubed French, pretzel, and sweet breads, apples, pears, roasted mushroom caps, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and baked fingerling potatoes.

Ingredients
  • 1/2pound Gruyere cheesegrated
  • 1/2pound Emmental cheesegrated
  • 1/2pound Havarti cheesegrated
  • 2Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1clove garlicsmashed
  • 1 1/2cups white wine
  • 1/4tsp nutmeggrated
Instructions
  1. Rub a fondue pot (or saucepan) with garlic clove and discard. Bring white wine to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Toss cheeses with cornstarch to coat and add to wine.
  3. Cook until cheeses are melted being careful not to over stir. Season with nutmeg and keep warm to serve.
